IGED-Africa works to advance gender equality, human rights and inclusive development by strengthening the capacities, voices and opportunities of women, girls and vulnerable communities. Through research, advocacy, partnerships and community engagement, we support sustainable solutions that promote justice, resilience and equal participation across Africa.

To promote the effective attainment of gender equality, human rights and inclusive participation of women and girls through strategic engagement and partnership, empowerment and capacity development, evidenced based research, advocacy and networking for sustainable development.
Our Vision: A peaceful and inclusive society that upholds gender equality, respect human rights and empower women and girls for sustainable development.
Our work combines evidence-based research, policy advocacy, capacity strengthening, and strategic partnerships to address systemic inequalities while creating opportunities for women, girls, and marginalized communities to thrive.
IGED-Africa is a pan-African not for profit org advancing gender equality, family law, gender peace and security, economic justice and inclusive development through advocacy, capacity building, research and strategic partnership.
